Job Title: Instructional Designer - Integrated Change, MarketingLocation: Westlake, TX / Secondary Locations - Austin, TX and Lone Tree, COWork Model: 4 days onsite and the manager is flexible on the remote dayDuration: 12 MonthsRole SummaryThis contractor is a versatile contributor who supports change initiatives end to end-helping execute change management activities, develop communications, and marketing videos. Create or coordinate training materials as needed.Key Responsibilities* Support change managers across multiple initiatives with:o Change impact documentationo Stakeholder and readiness inputs* Draft and coordinate communications (emails, FAQs, leader toolkits, presentations)* Develop or update training materials and job aids tied to change impacts* Help connect change, communications, and training plans into a cohesive experience* Support content tracking, versioning, and delivery coordination* Flex across priorities based on program needs and delivery timelinesRequired Experience & Skills:***Marketing collateral and Video content development3-5 years of experience across change management, communications, and/or trainingStrong written and visual communication skillsAbility to translate complex changes into clear messages and learning contentComfortable working across multiple workstreams and prioritiesHigh attention to detail with a strong execution mindsetNice to HavePrior experience supporting enterprise or technology transformationsFamiliarity with change frameworks and learning design concepts
