Job Title - Instructional Designer - Change Management + Training DevelopmentHybrid Work Model - 4 days onsite and the manager is flexible on the remote day.Preferred Work Location - Westlake, TX / Secondary Locations - Austin, TX and Lone Tree, CODuration - 12 monthsJob Description -Role SummaryThis contractor focuses on translating change impacts into effective training and enablement materials that help employees successfully adopt new processes, tools, or ways of working.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with change managers to understand change impacts and learning needs* Design and develop training assets such as:o Instructor led materialso Self paced learning contento Job aids, quick reference guides, and process walkthroughs* Support training plans and learning timelines aligned to change milestones* Ensure training content aligns with change messaging and target behaviors* Participate in testing and refinement of training materials based on feedback* Support coordination with learning platforms or delivery partners as neededRequired Experience & Skills:* 2-4 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning support roles* Working knowledge of adult learning principles* Experience creating structured training content and job aids* Basic understanding of change management concepts and how training supports adoption* Strong organizational and documentation skillsNice to Have* Experience with e learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or LMS platforms* Exposure to technology, process, or operating model changes
