Interns at EBI are given the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments that make a direct impact on our business. The Total Rewards Intern will work within ourcorporate Human Resources department in support of all aspects of compensation, benefits and wellness including,but not limited to: Broad-based, global, and executive compensationMedical, dental, vision and other health and welfare benefitsGlobal wellness challengesSample projects: Participate in a compensation survey, including match organization jobs to survey match jobs, organize and submit data to the survey providerCreate a salary structure or career framework improving line-of-sight to career opportunityProject manage creation of electronic data exchanges between HRIS system and market pricing platformAssist in the development of Open Enrollment materials and planningInterface with field HR generalists and benefit vendors on escalation of employee issuesRequirements: Candidate pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Human Resources, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related fieldStrong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly ExcelAs an EBI intern, you will: Work on robust projects that prepare you for a full-time opportunity after graduationSolve real-world challenges alongside industry expertsReceive competitive pay for your contributionsShowcase your project outcomes to leadership at the end of the summerParticipate in career discussionsSocialize through teambuilding and networking eventsLearn more about career opportunities across our businessesHourly pay rate: $19.29-$22 Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
