In this role, the Executive Assistant with ensure all assigned administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is polished, professional and has the ability to multitask.Job Responsibilities:Work alongside with other administrative professionalsAssist with organizing all internal and external meeting materialsManage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings with executives and colleaguesPrepare expenses using ConcurHandle confidential information as neededMaintain entry of data using the company CRM systemProvide agendas or presentations, attend meetings and take notesDraft memos, emails, agendas and other correspondence to high a standardCommunicate with clients on a regular basis.Job Qualifications:3+ years of experience within Financial or Professional Services strongly preferredBachelor’s DegreeDesire to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environmentExtremely organizedProficiency in Microsoft Suite
