Bilingual Customer Support Advocate - Limited Service

Join our vibrant team as a Bilingual Customer Support Advocate, where you will be essential in helping clients understand their eligibility and access to care needs. Key Responsibilities:Provide friendly, informed, and objective responses to callers about complex eligibility guidelines and access to care issues. Manage all forms of inbound and outbound communications efficiently. Process various workflow documents, including income, identity, and eligibility verification. Stay updated on policies and procedures related to state programs to provide accurate assistance to clients. Guide applicants through the Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes with clarity and support. Deliver clear information on program eligibility criteria to clients. Ensure exceptional customer service by patiently and professionally addressing client inquiries. Document interactions accurately and manage applications across multiple systems. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required, with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary, with abilities to read, write, and speak in both languages. Experience in a high-volume call center is highly preferred. Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or other government healthcare programs is a plus. Strong computer skills, including experience with call center software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools, are desirable. Ability to work independently in a remote environment is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. A high level of empathy is preferred, especially when interacting with individuals in vulnerable situations. A willingness to accept a limited-service position and participate in on-camera training for 6 weeks without absences is a must. Full-time shift availability during operational hours (8:00am-7:30pm EST, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm EST Saturday) is necessary. Candidates must reside in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones. Home Office Requirements:An internet speed of 25mbps or higher is required. Connectivity via Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router is necessary. Applicants must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
