If you are ready to hunt, close, and own your number in logistics, we want to hear from you.Apply today with your resume and tell us about a deal you won from scratch; how did you prospect, overcome objections, and close it?What You'll DoBuild and execute a business development strategy to drive new revenue growthIdentify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through proactive outreach and consultative sellingOwn the full sales cycle: discovery, solution development, pricing, proposal creation, negotiation, and closePartner with internal operations and solutions teams to develop customized transportation solutions aligned to customer needsMaintain accurate CRM data and provide pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance insightsEnsure customer expectations are aligned with operations to support successful onboarding and long-term service deliveryConsistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targetsMaster AFC's TMS (Mcleod) , Google tools, and customer portals to optimize efficiency.What We're Looking ForRequired3+ years of business development experience in freight brokerage/logisticsProven ability to close new business and grow strategic accountsStrong consultative sales skills with executive presence and confidence in discoveryStrong pipeline management and organizational skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of resultsPreferredExperience selling into mid-market to enterprise accountsAbility to leverage an existing network of shipper relationships (a plus — not required)Experience collaborating with operations teams to ensure strong service execution and retentionWhy AFC TransportUncapped commission with strong earning potentialSupportive leadership and a team environment built for executionEntrepreneurial culture where performance is recognized and rewardedOpportunity to build real long-term customer relationships and grow your portfolioCompensation: Base Salary starting at $60,000 per year plus commissions*This is an onsite position.
