Youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your territory. If youre a hunter with a heartsomeone who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in a white-glove service approachthis role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referralsConduct site walks and prepare service proposals for inspections, testing, and monitoring across our suite of offerings (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, fire pumps, generators etc.)Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to prospective clientsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teamsMeet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIsPartner with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service deliveryIdeal Candidate Profile:3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in fire life safety, building services, or B2B service industriesProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong relationship-building and consultative selling skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesSelf-starter with high accountability and a team-oriented mindsetKnowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards, or life safety regulations is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + uncapped commissionFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match)Company vehicleOngoing training and professional developmentA purpose-driven career centered around providing tailored solutions and consistently delivering on promises
