The team is dedicated to fostering a supportive and professional environment for both employees and customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper at our Monclova Township, OH location. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, processing journal entries, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records. Daily tasks will include Invoicing and sales receipts, preparing and analyzing financial statements, utilizing accounting software (QuickBooks), tracking and paying expenses, making daily deposits, and balancing the credit card deposits and recording them. Collaboration with the team to manage financial operations and reporting will be a key part of the role.QualificationsProficiency in Bookkeeping and accurate preparation of Journal EntriesHands-on experience with Accounting Software (QuickBooks) and understanding of Financial StatementsWorking knowledge of Finance principles and regulationsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of integrity and commitment to confidentialityAssociate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.Standard knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.Will be introduced to Towbook software
