This individual will play a key role in shaping mobile architecture, improving engineering standards, and supporting applications used across multiple consumer-facing business lines.This opportunity is best suited for a senior-level engineer who enjoys balancing hands-on development with technical leadership in a collaborative, high-velocity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development efforts for scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React NativePartner with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, new functionality, and platform improvementsParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term mobile engineering strategyMaintain high standards for code quality through peer reviews, pull request evaluations, and best practice enforcementMentor engineers and provide technical guidance across the development organizationContribute to a shared mobile platform architecture supporting several consumer application experiencesDiagnose application issues, support performance optimization efforts, and assist with production deploymentsNavigate and contribute within complex enterprise-level codebases and distributed engineering environmentsBuild and maintain clean, reusable, and production-ready application componentsRequired Experience5+ years of professional React Native engineering experienceProven background building and supporting consumer-facing mobile applicationsStrong understanding of mobile application design patterns, architecture, and engineering best practicesExperience operating within large-scale or enterprise application ecosystemsAbility to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholdersPrior involvement in code reviews, technical leadership, and developer mentorshipComfortable working within agile, fast-moving product and engineering organizationsPreferred BackgroundExperience in highly transactional or consumer-driven industries such as hospitality, retail, insurance, or related sectorsExposure to modern web technologies including Next.jsCloud platform experience, ideally within Azure environmentsAWS experience also considered valuableFamiliarity with CI/CD automation, release workflows, and mobile deployment pipelinesExperience supporting shared platforms or multi-application/mobile ecosystem strategiesAdditional DetailsHybrid work model based in the Atlanta market
