Experience required: 10-12 yearsExperience in managing small team of offshore (team size 6-8 members).Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object modelThorough understanding of React.js and its core principlesExperience with HTML 5/ CSS3Hands-on experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScriptExperience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Experience in working in Agile-Scrum MethodologyExperience in working JIRA environment
