Sheet Metal Fabricator – Direct Hire $34.00–$40.00/hr | Full-Time | Benefits Included A well-established, family-owned manufacturing company located in Wayne County, NY is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join their metal shop team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities: Set up and operate: Amada laser Turret press Press brake Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Measure and inspect parts using calipers and standard tools Maintain a safe, organized work area Work collaboratively with team members Qualifications: Manufacturing/metal shop experience required Proven machine setup and operation experience Strong blueprint reading skills Proficiency with measuring instruments Reliable with strong attendance record Flexible and team-oriented Competitive pay based on experience.
