No chaos, no bouncing shifts, just consistent work and paid overtime when its needed.What youll be doingFabricate and weld structural metal components using MIG weldingRead and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and shop sketchesRun your own fabrication projects from layout through final weldOperate press brakes, rolls, saws, and other fabrication equipmentGrind, clean, and finish parts to specTroubleshoot fit-up or assembly issues as they come upFollow safety standards and keep a clean, organized work areaWhat were looking forRequired:3 or more years of MIG welding and metal fabrication experienceComfortable reading blueprints and multiple drawing formats, including CADExperience with shop tools and equipment such as forklifts, press brakes, and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 75 pounds, including overhead liftingReliable transportationHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass a weld and fit-up testPreferred but not required:Welding certificationPhysical requirementsAbility to stand, bend, lift, and weld for a full shiftGood vision, including depth perception and close focusAbility to safely lift heavy materials above shoulder heightWhat you getPaid overtimeSteady 1st shift scheduleClean, safe, and well-equipped facilityModern tools and machineryA team that values quality work and craftsmanship
