Sr Analyst, Operations Strategy

Our value-based care model helps us consistently deliver better patient experiences and outcomes.As a Senior Analyst, Operations Strategy, you will play a critical role in supporting our high-priority, cross-functional operational and strategic projects for Oak Street Health, with a focus on improving center and service operations.Key responsibilities include completing data analysis to derive insights on operational performance, leading business case creation, and supporting strategy development and implementation planning. The Sr. Analyst, will report into Lead Director, Operations Strategy & Enablement, and will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and field partnersRole Description:The Sr. Analysts, Operations Strategy role supports on high-priority cross-functional operational projects - spanning from service operations projects to field enablementThe Sr. Analyst, Operations Strategy will report into the Director, Clinical Operations Strategy and operate with moderate guidanceThe ideal candidate is a self-starter, enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentThe role should champion collaboration by proactively identifying and sharing challengesThis role requires collaboration across teams within Operations and other corporate functions (e.g., Population Health, Clinical Health Services), as well as partnerships with clinical and operational field leaders, and regular communication with key partners. Prepare materials and insights for senior leadership.Core ResponsibilitiesComplete analysis and build reports to derive insights on Oak Street's operational performance, identify opportunities to improve results, and ensure progress towards annual performance targetsWork with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and proactively identify solutions for problemsSupport implementation planning and roll out, , assess impact on center, care teams, and central operations (e.g., call center), support operational strategy development to minimize disruptionsConvey updates effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations to field leaders, care teams, and leadershipTrack progress against key initiatives, milestones, and outcomes; surface risks and opportunities proactivelyAct as a bridge between field support teams and centralized patient support functions to ensure alignment and smooth transitionsOther Duties as AssignedWhat are we looking for?2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, healthcare, population health, provider-facing operations, or related fieldsProven ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups across levels and functionsQuick learner who is comfortable with a high level of ambiguityDemonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with practical, results-oriented solutionsStrong financial and analytical skills, including experience developing business cases, ROI, and financial analysesExceptional ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise insights and recommendations"Oak Street Health is on a mission to "Rebuild healthcare as it should be'', providing personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
