Production Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst ILocation: Los Angeles, CAFully onsite, Monday through FridaySchedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMJob DescriptionThis position is responsible for processing payments and related activities for term deals and projects in development. The Financial Analyst is also responsible for maintaining financial data and metadata within the SAP financial system.Responsibilities IncludeEnter contractual obligations into SAP and maintain project metadataProcess Cast & Crew payroll for the Animation division and Film division as neededCalculate and process monthly producer overhead payments based on contractual termsSubmit onboarding and termination paperwork for term deal employeesCompile bi-weekly timecards and process expense reportsLiaise with payees during vendor setup processesReview and process invoices related to development projects and term dealsPrepare cost-to-date summaries and interest calculations for business usersAssist with supporting schedules for commitment management reportingManage travel credit card payments and monthly reconciliationsPrepare journal entriesAssist with calendar management for the Head of Development FinanceSupport ad hoc financial reporting needsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of finance or accounting experienceStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExperience handling payroll, invoices, expense reports, or financial operations supportStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsSAP and/or Oracle experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and analytical skillsEntertainment industry exposure is a plusPay Rate$34.30 to $40.00/hr.Requisition ID: PPCJP00000508
