Assistant Manager - Touchpoints (6 month LTD)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:The Global Assistant Manager Touchpoints - Digital & Social supports the multi-season integrated marketing strategy for the Entertainment collaboration partner business, with a primary focus on social media and digital touchpoints. This role assists in executing short- and long-term social content strategies, digital campaign activations, and omnichannel consumer experiences across owned, earned, and emerging platforms. Working in close partnership with PR, Retail Marketing, and Brand Communications, this individual helps ensure seamless, best-in-class execution across all digital and social channels - bridging the online/offline divide and reinforcing the cultural relevance of the brand and its partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Social MediaAssist in the development and management of the business unit social publishing calendar, ensuring alignment with global campaign timelines and partnership cadences.Support creation and development of social content and activations across brand social platforms in partnership with Brand Management and creative agencies.Help maintain relationships with regional and market social stakeholders, ensuring alignment of global strategies at the local level and integration with the global newsroom network.Assist in developing outreach and engagement initiatives to strengthen the business unit's brand personality and voice within the cultural and social landscape.Digital & OmnichannelAssist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and content across all digital touchpoints to ensure a seamless, premium consumer experience.Support the business unit's digital omnichannel direction with an integrated marketing approach across relevant touchpoints including eComm, Confirmed, CRM, and Retail.Assist agency partners on the creation and development of digital campaigns and initiatives, including coordination of external resources.Link digital analytics to monitor success of digital campaigns and help inform future strategies based on data and consumer insights.Cross-Functional SupportSupport the development of global retail/digital toolkits for key product launches, maintaining relationships with markets to ensure assets are utilized, within budget, and aligned with the global vision and partnership strategies.Distribute documentation of project information to internal and external stakeholders.Help on the Touchpoints tracker across relevant STMT partners to help with cross fucntional and comms specidifc timeliness and tasks.Key Relationships:Global Comms / StatementCTC (GTM), Confirmed (Membership)eCom UX/CX, CRMGlobal Digital ActivationCreative Agencies (Social and Digital)External Partners and Key Accounts (where necessary)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Good interpersonal and communication skills with developing strategic thinking.Some experience in social media content development, community management, or directly related experience.Some experience in marketing digital campaign development and execution.Understanding of how the retail space and digital ecosystem can be utilized to promote key launches within the DTC network and wholesale placement.Understanding of an ever-changing marketing landscape and exposure to project management.Some experience with digital production processes and the technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives.Natural storyteller and visual communicator with an understanding of social-first content.Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions, as well as ability to support internal and external cross-functional groups: product marketing, communications, social, digital.Some knowledge of:Office softwareAnalytics systems and social listening toolsStandard CMS platformsDigital and social channels (owned, earned, and emerging technologies)Understanding of and passion for the sports, fashion, and entertainment industry.Presentation and organizational skills.Curiosity about the culture of sport and the role adidas does and can play in it.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, Social Media, PR, or a related field.1+ years' industry and/or relevant work experience.Fluent written and spoken English language skills.adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
