With a focus on quality and innovation, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and service to our clients.Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with expertise in handling kitchen cabinets and assembling kitchen cabinets to join our team at our Elk Grove Village location. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient and effective handling of our inventory, including daily operations and delivery of products.Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and delivery.- Develop and implement warehouse procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity, specifically tailored to inventory and fulfillment.- Manage inventory levels of cabinets and finished products and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages and overstocking- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to prioritize orders and finished products and ensure timely fulfillment- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to handle cabinets and assemble cabinets with care and precision.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)- Minimum of one year of experience in warehouse management or a related role, preferably with experience in handling kitchen cabinets wholesale and distribution.- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required; Spanish language skills are recommended- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Forklift certification (preferred) - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).Benefits:- Competitive salary- Retirement savings plan for the following year- Paid time off- Professional development opportunitiesLocation:2500 Touhy Ave, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007Company DescriptionWe are a Manufactory direct firm and a fast-growing cabinet wholesale company seeking exceptional inside sales professionals to join our team.
