Job description:Sales Executive – Legal ServicesRemote in Houston, TX or Dallas, TXFull-Time | Base $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year DOE+ Commission | Remote with Regional TravelWe are seeking a Sales Executive with direct experience selling legal services to law firms — preferably court reporting or litigation support services.This is a growth-focused role designed for someone who understands the legal services industry and knows how to successfully build and expand relationships within law firms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business within law firms and legal departmentsSell court reporting and deposition services to litigation teamsBuild long-term relationships with attorneys, paralegals, and firm administratorsGenerate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagementExpand existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesNegotiate pricing and service agreementsMaintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue goalsCollaborate with internal operations teams to ensure excellent service deliveryRequired QualificationsExperience selling legal services (required)Court reporting or litigation support sales experience (strongly preferred)Demonstrated success selling to law firmsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsAbility to manage a sales pipeline independentlyPreferred ExperienceExisting relationships within the legal communityBackground in deposition services or court reporting salesExperience working with CRM systemsCompensation & GrowthCompetitive base salary + commission structurePerformance-driven earning potentialSupport from an established national operations teamIf you have experience selling legal services and understand how to position court reporting solutions to law firms, we encourage you to apply.
