HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Practice Highlights: - Well established, growing practice with strong reputation within the Decatur community- Monday - Friday scheduled with an option of 4 or 5 days per week- No call schedule, no holidays, and no weekends- EPIC EMR- Ample training time with the neurology teamPosition requirements:- Unrestricted Illinois license and DEA prior to start- BC/BE- 2+ years of provider work experience is strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience QualificationsExperience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred. Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required. Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred. Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred. Federal DEA license is preferred.
