Lead - Maintenance

Job Description Baily International is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician Lead to join our dynamic team. The Maintenance Technician Lead will oversee and participate in the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.Schedule and assign daily work tasks to team members.Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.Coordinate with other departments for timely completion of maintenance tasks.Train and mentor team members, promoting skill development and growth.Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred.Experience working in a USDA or SQF Facility preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with maintenance software and tools.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience through Indeed.Baily International is an equal opportunity employer.
