The organization is dedicated to delivering superior products and maintaining aerospace quality excellence.Position OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of manufacturing projects involving Bills of Materials (BOMs), multi-level assemblies, and engineering documentation.This is a hands-on, technical role—not just coordination. You must be highly proficient in reading blueprints, interpreting specifications, and translating engineering data into production-ready plans.You will serve as the critical link between Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality, ensuring projects move forward accurately and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesManage aerospace manufacturing projects from start to finish Create, maintain, and validate BOMs and multi-level assemblies Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specification sheets Generate and manage work orders (WOs) within ERP system Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure accuracy and feasibility Develop timelines, track progress, and meet production deadlines Identify and resolve documentation gaps, discrepancies, or risks Support material planning, RFQs, and requisitions Ensure smooth production flow and on-time project completion Required Qualifications (Applicants without these may not be considered)Aerospace manufacturing experience Strong experience with BOMs, assemblies, and technical documentation Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering specs ERP system experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting This is a hands-on, execution-focused role (not supervisory).
