We serve municipal, federal, and private sector clients with expert delivery of utilities, drainage, and full-scale sitework projects.At Terry, we’re known for our hands-on approach, strong client relationships, and commitment to building not only critical infrastructure—but also long-term careers for our employees.Learn more at www.terrymarine.com.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders, and closeout.Coordinate with field superintendents and office staff to maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and project reporting.Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to drive timely, cost-effective completion.Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with all requirements.Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and payment applications.Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are upheld.Qualifications5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, sitework, or utility construction.Deep understanding of NYSDOT, USACE, or municipal specs and public project documentation.Proficient in construction technology tools including Procore, Buildertrend, Excel, and Bluebeam.Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings and perform accurate takeoffs.Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Valid driver’s license required.Boat operating experience is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysCompany Events and Team EnvironmentOngoing Training and Career Growth OpportunitiesScheduleFull-Time — Monday to FridayOccasional travel to local job sites across Long IslandLocationBased in Long Island, NYProject work is primarily located throughout the Long Island regionEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
