Project Manager - Science and Technology Interiors (Hybrid)Location: New Haven, CTThis role is intended for a senior architectural professional supporting complex project delivery within technically demanding environments. The position emphasizes coordination, financial awareness, and collaboration across internal teams and consultants, with ongoing involvement in planning, execution, and quality oversight.Project work includes a mix of Science & Technology and Corporate Interior environments, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and coordination support across multiple architectural assignmentsOversee administrative and technical coordination efforts in collaboration with senior leadershipContribute to project planning, resourcing, and execution strategiesSupport development of scopes of service, fee considerations, and work plansMonitor project schedules, budgets, and staffing in partnership with project leadershipAssist with financial tracking, invoicing coordination, and performance reportingServe as a consistent point of contact for clients and consultants on project coordination mattersSupport quality control efforts and reinforce project goals related to design and executionContribute to project review preparation and ongoing performance assessmentWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; registration preferred10+ years of professional architectural experienceDemonstrated experience on technically complex projects, including Science & Technology and Corporate InteriorsAt least 5 years in a project leadership or coordination-focused roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple projectsConfident communicator with clients, consultants, and internal teamsProficiency in Revit; experience with project management or specification tools is a plusJ-18808-Ljbffr
