Follow @blackstone on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.Job Description:Oversee the monthly/quarterly portfolio reconciliation process for our separately managed accounts and funds; investigate and resolve discrepancies with internal teamsReview the third-party fund administrator in the quarterly NAV and review capital account statement process Prepare/review recurring investor capital calls as well as the calculation and payment of management fees and performance fees where applicableReview the audited financial statement process with our external administrator and auditorPrepare and review expense allocations, operating expense budgets, vendor expense payments, and monitor budgeted versus actual expensesPrepare/review and analyze portfolio and performance metrics such as total return/IRR, P&L, and other analyses for senior managementAssist in responding to client and internal requests including Blackstone reporting deliverablesCoordinate with internal/external Technology resources to automate recurring deliverables and optimize efficienciesEnsure information is properly presented in regulatory filings such as Form ADVLiaise with various internal teams including Investor Relations, Operations, Management Reporting, and Legal and ComplianceCollaborate with and oversee offshore resources to ensure accurate and timely preparation of files and provide additional training when neededReview fund/deal documents/structures and assist in the setup of new products, managed accounts, and/or fundsQualifications:BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance is requiredCPA license is preferred6+ years of public/private accounting experience or administrator experienceExperience with credit products (loans, CLOs, bonds, revolvers, delayed draws) is preferredAdvanced Excel skills requiredOutstanding attention to detail and accuracy, including commitment to excellence in work productStrong desire to learn and collaborative team playerProactive self-starterPossesses a strong work ethic, and integrity, and a positive attitudeEffective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skillsThe duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position.Assignments, duties, and responsibilities may be changed at any time, with or without notice, by Blackstone in its sole discretion.Expected annual base salary range:$130,000 - $200,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the roleconsist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
