Electrical Maintenance and Inventory Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Inventory Manager to join our team. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and supply chain management in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of procurement and contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement electrical inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory and tools
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary electrical materials and negotiate favorable terms and pricing
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory management to track and analyze inventory and tools data
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in inventory management processes
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical inventory control, supply chain management, or procurement management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers
- Proficiency in using Microsoft excel inventory management software
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers
