Able to maintain direct and indirect material inventory levels, ordering, receiving and of parts and supplies while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.ResponsibilitiesCount and reconcile daily inventory, primarily, raw materials and indirect materials.Monitor and track raw material usage.Receive, reconcile and confirm daily orders.Communicate, coordinate, and build strong relationships with suppliers/vendors at varying points throughout the dayReport to management/supervision daily out of stock items/materialsReview, monitor, and address inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to departments.Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP for direct and indirect materials, including but not limited to: bottles, cans, wraps, labels, closures, syrup/concentrate, glue, pallet tags, ink, pallets, stretch film, CO2 tanks etc.Maintain Purchase Order Log in Excel.Generate Purchase Orders and phone ordering of materials from Vendors/Suppliers/OEM.Issue Request for Quotes (RFQ) to determine best price and delivery for materials and services.Prepare and file reports.Coordinate and Assist in inventory counts.Other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.Minimum of 2-year Inventory Control experience.Preferred - minimum of 2-year Purchase Agent/Buyer experienceBackground knowledge of SAP preferred.Strong MSWord & Excel skills requiredMust have strong background in inventory control, planning and coordinating.Must have strong organizational skills.Must be able to lift 45lbs.Additional InformationLiberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.For additional information, please visit our company website at http://www.libertycoke.com/
