The Director of Clinical Services will oversee and manage clinical operations, ensuring high-quality delivery of mental health, medical, home care, and behavioral health services. Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, developing and implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Director will lead a dedicated team of clinicians, engage with diverse community members, and continuously identify opportunities to address emerging client needs.QualificationsStrong expertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health services Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Home Care operations Demonstrated skills in providing training and guidance to clinical staff Proven leadership and management abilities in a clinical setting Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field Licensed clinical professional (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices in social and health services
