Our 1099 model gives you flexibility, a steady caseload, and a voice in how you work.Who We're Looking ForWe're hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who are passionate about providing client-centered care. Comfort with telehealth platforms is essential. Experience with remote therapy is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual therapy sessions using our secure EHR platformComplete progress notes and treatment plansBuild strong, therapeutic relationships with clientsDeliver personalized, client-centered care based on individual needsQualificationsActive, independent license in good standing (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)Licensed to provide telehealth services to clients located in CaliforniaWhat We OfferFlexible scheduling: Set your own availability.
