Please update this section!Job DetailsProvide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA therapy programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Analyze treatment data and adjust programming to support meaningful progress for each clientSupervise and mentor behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality therapy deliveryCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goalsDeliver parent training and guidance to promote skill generalization outside of therapy sessionsMaintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company and BACB standardsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional developmentInterested in hearing more?
