Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in Batesville, AR, requiring 2+ years of OR experience and the ability to circulate across multiple surgical specialties.Job Details• Work in a Level III Trauma hospital OR with 11 beds in the unit,• Surgical specialties include GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Vascular,• Patient population spans pediatric through geriatric,• 1:1 RN-to-patient ratio,• EMR: MediTech,• Day shift, 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM),• On-call required approximately 3-4 shifts per month, including one 24-hour weekend call shift per month,Job Requirements• Active AR RN license or Compact RN license (must be verifiable through Nursys),• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA),• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required,• Must be able to circulate in GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Vascular,• MediTech EMR experience required,• Experience with pediatric through geriatric patient populations required,• Skills checklist current within the last year (OR specialty) required for consideration,• 2 supervisory reference forms taken within the last 2 years required for consideration,• Permanent address required for consideration,Additional Information• Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes,• Provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families,• Hospital-provided scrubs,• Candidates residing within 90 miles of Batesville, AR are not eligible for this position; candidates residing between 90-150 miles may be reviewed but are not guaranteed consideration,
