Position: Coordinator, Creative Comms & StrategyLocation: Remote: LatAmericaWork Schedule: 9am-5pm CSTSalary: $1500-$2000 (depending on experience)The Client is a go-to-market strategy and execution firm working with early-stage startups and small businesses. We help founders and operators do the things that actually move companies forward — launching products, building audiences, developing brand voice, and telling stories that resonate with the right people. We also ghostwriting and communications work for founders and executives who need to show up publicly with clarity and consistency. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. We don't hand off slide decks and disappear. We stay in the weeds, alongside the people building the thing.The RoleWhat you'll be doingCoordinator, Creative Comms & StrategyResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a shared task list across active client engagements, tracking open items and driving daily progress without being askedSend a daily async check-in when something needs attention — a blocker, a question, an update, a change (more on this below)Draft, edit, and prepare written deliverables including campaign copy, content briefs, social posts, client communications, and ghostwritten contentSupport go-to-market campaign execution — coordinating timelines, assets, vendors, and stakeholders as neededMonitor and organize research inputs, helping synthesize information into formats that are immediately usableManage project documentation — keeping briefs, trackers, and working docs current and organizedIdentify gaps in execution plans and raise them before they become problemsContribute strategic input during planning conversations — this is not a role where you're expected to stay in your laneCoordinate lightly with external collaborators, vendors, or client contacts as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience at a startup, agency, or in a founder-adjacent support roleExposure to go-to-market, brand, content, or growth work in any capacityExperience supporting executives or operators in a fast-moving, multi-project environmentFamiliarity with project management tools, no-code platforms, or automation tools — even casual use countsSome background in writing — for clients, for brands, or for public-facing channelsNon-NegotiablesYou default to action, not questions — when something is ambiguous, you make a reasonable call and document itYou write clearly, quickly, and without needing your work heavily editedYou can manage multiple open threads simultaneously without dropping things or needing a system built for youYou're honest about capacity, blockers, and when something isn't going well — no happy-path updatesYou're comfortable in early-stage environments where the work changes shape week to weekYou communicate only what's necessary, and you do it well
