We are looking for a community-led growth expert to build and scale our organic presence across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You will be the architect of our social intelligence function, transforming authentic engagement and social listening into actionable strategies that shape our marketing, product, and customer experience.3.) Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement: Own daily interactions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn using a consistent, authentic brand voice.Relationship Building: Nurture high-value community members and brand advocates to drive trust and meaningful conversations.Reddit Strategy: Manage a transparent, value-driven brand presence within relevant subreddits while adhering to proper disclosure and moderation norms.Social Listening: Build structured tracking for brand mentions, competitor activity, and sentiment across all social platforms, reviews, and forums.Intelligence Reporting: Identify emerging trends and reputational risks early, delivering weekly insights to the marketing, product, and CX teams.Growth Alignment: Translate community feedback into actionable inputs for paid media and acquisition strategies.UGC Pipeline: Identify potential creators within the community to support organic user-generated content sourcing.4.) Must-Have Requirements5+ years of experience in community management, organic social, or social listening.Deep expertise in Reddit, including an understanding of subreddit norms and moderation culture.Proficiency with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.Proven experience in LinkedIn engagement or thought leadership.Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across different platforms.A track record of turning community insights into actionable business recommendations.The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.5.) Nice-to-Have RequirementsExperience in telecom, travel, mobility, subscription, or app-based consumer products.Previous experience managing creator or UGC programs.A background in growth marketing or brand strategy.Experience working with global or multi-market brands.Familiarity with sentiment analysis and brand perception tracking.6.)
