Social Media Manager

The company serves residential and commercial clients with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship, design, and customer service.We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence, including Instagram and website engagement. The ideal candidate will help build a consistent brand identity, increase engagement, and improve lead generation through social media channels.This role is best suited for someone who is creative, organized, and experienced in managing business social media accounts with a focus on engagement, content creation, and automation tools.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Instagram account and overall content strategyCreate, schedule, and publish engaging social media contentRespond to customer inquiries and direct messages on social platformsImprove engagement and lead generation across social media channelsManage and update website-related engagement and content as neededImplement AI chatbot automation for Instagram DMs and email responsesMaintain consistent brand voice and messaging across platformsCollaborate with the business owner to align marketing strategy and branding goalsTrack engagement metrics and report performance insightsMust-Have QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketingStrong portfolio demonstrating previous social media work and resultsBilingual: English and Spanish requiredStrong experience managing Instagram business accountsExperience with AI tools and automation platformsFamiliarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress or similar)Strong communication and writing skillsReliable computer setup and high-speed internet connectionHighly organized, self-directed, and detail-orientedNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience in construction, windows, doors, or home improvement industriesExperience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)Experience managing multiple business accounts simultaneouslyStrong understanding of paid social media advertisingExperience working with U.S.-based small businesses
