You will be the primary engine behind our client builds, moving between sleek front-end interfaces and robust back-end logic. We start with a 120-day contract period to ensure a mutual fit, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent, key member of our core team.Key responsibilities include creating responsive and user-friendly website interfaces, writing well-structured code, contributing to web design processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaboration with designers, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-performing and visually appealing websites will also be an essential part of the role.Requirements3+ years of professional development experience.A portfolio of live sites/apps that demonstrate clean code and great UI.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without "scope creep."Excellent English communication skills.QualificationsProficiency in Back-End Web Development and ProgrammingExperience in Front-End Development and creating responsive web applicationsStrong expertise in Web Development, including familiarity with frameworks, tools, and best practicesKnowledge of Web Design principles and user experience (UX) designAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Prior experience in a similar role within a digital marketing or technology environment is a plusWhile we’re flexible, our ideal candidate is proficient in:Front-end: React, Vue.js, or modern HTML/CSS/JS.Back-end: Node.js, Python, or PHP (Wordpress/headless CMS experience is a huge plus).Database: Experience with SQL or NoSQL (MongoDB/PostgreSQL).What You'll DoDevelop & Deploy: Build responsive, high-performing websites and web apps from Adobe XD or Figma designs.Optimize: Ensure all builds are SEO-friendly, fast, and accessible.Problem Solve: Debug complex issues and provide technical recommendations during the scoping phase.Collaborate: Work directly with our design and strategy teams to bring visions to life.Terms of EmploymentPhase 1: 120-day contract (Hourly or Project-based).Phase 2: Evaluation for a full-time salaried position with benefits.
