Customer Service Supervisor

The Customer Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a positive dining experience. You will oversee food preparation and service quality, lead a well-trained team, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. This position requires you to remain active in the restaurant during your shifts, assisting with various tasks when needed. Key Responsibilities:Ensure the preparation and serving of high-quality, delicious food. Address any food quality concerns effectively. Promote food safety practices, including proper hand washing, glove changes, and monitoring food temperatures. Resolve customer concerns to guarantee positive experiences. Assist in monitoring staff breaks, shift changes, and team meetings. Lead the training and development of front-of-house crew members. Support Crew performance evaluations. Help train potential future supervisors. Assist with administrative tasks, including banking and cash handling. Ensure office equipment is functioning and supplies are well-stocked. What You Bring:A strong understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. Experience with cash handling procedures. Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations. Familiarity with administrative paperwork. Proficiency in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location. A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a restaurant environment. Compensation: The base pay for this position ranges from $18.80 to $20.90. Actual pay will vary based on experience and qualifications.
