Payroll Benefits Manager

Total Rewards Operations Manager 6-month temp-to-perm Montvale, NJ (Hybrid: Mon–Thu onsite, Fri remote).Seeking 5–7+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, compensation, or HR operations. Must have strong payroll compliance, benefits administration, HRIS, reporting, vendor management, and Excel skills. Experience with Dayforce, SAP, Oracle, or Workday preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Certifications like CEBS, CCP, or SHRM are a plus.
