Human Resources Manager

A growing organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to support daily human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner closely with leadership and employees across multiple departments while assisting with employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and overall HR support functions.Responsibilities:Support employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees and managersAssist with onboarding, new hire documentation, and HR administrative processesMaintain employee records, status changes, and HR documentationCoordinate training programs, employee events, and company initiativesAssist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave trackingSupport workers' compensation reporting, investigations, and return-to-work processesParticipate in recruiting activities including job postings and applicant trackingConduct exit interviews and process terminationsPartner with leadership to support organizational and operational needsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field a must.Bilingual in Spanish is a must.Previous HR experience in a professional environmentStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage confidential information with professionalismExperience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or recruiting functions preferredAbility to multitask in a deadline-driven environmentAdditional Information:Full-time opportunityCollaborative team environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity for long-term growth and advancementInterested candidates can apply directly or message me for additional details.Ascendo is an equal opportunity employer.
