Job Title: Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: Bergen County, NJSalary: $100,000 - $110,000About the Role:The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning workforce strategies with organizational objectives. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle and partners closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance.
