Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Make an impact this school year by supporting students as a contract Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational environment near Middleburg, FL. This on-site role offers a full-time schedule (35 hours per week, 7 hours per day) from August 2026 to May 2027, serving schools primarily on the north and west sides of Jacksonville. As an itinerant Occupational Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple school sites, engaging with a diverse student population. Caseload specifics will be determined prior to your start.Key Qualifications:Active Florida Department of Health Occupational Therapy license is requiredStrong background in school-based occupational therapy practiceExperience supporting pediatric populations and adapting interventions for school settingsFlexibility and willingness to travel between assigned schools as neededAbility to meet time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including fingerprint verification (those with current FL school district prints must verify status; others will undergo re-printing)Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and other school professionalsResponsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their educational plansConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progressSupport students' participation and independence within classroom and school activitiesConsult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize students' access to learningFlexibly manage varying caseloads and changing day-to-day responsibilities across multiple locationsThis position offers the stability of a full academic-year contract in a supportive educational environment.
