Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This full-time role offers a stimulating itinerant schedule and the chance to work with diverse age groups and needs, ensuring each day presents new challenges and successes.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to help students achieve their educational and developmental goalsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)Deliver therapy across a variety of school environments, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each childMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with school district and state guidelinesTravel between several assigned schools within the region as neededQualifications:Current active license from the Florida Department of Health (FL DOH)Demonstrated experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting highly preferredFamiliarity with school environment complexities, IEP development, and progress reportingStrong communication, organizational, and time management skillsMust complete required fingerprinting: If previously fingerprinted for a Florida school district, verification may be required through the AHCA Clearinghouse.
