The role is fully on-site—virtual options are not available—so you'll be hands-on and immersed in school communities. Caseload details, including age groups, will be confirmed, and as an itinerant therapist, you'll make a difference at several school sites.Qualifications & Experience:Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the Florida Department of Health is requiredSchool-based OT experience preferred, but all backgrounds consideredCompletion and verification of Florida fingerprinting; if previously completed for a Florida school district, confirm status via AHCA ClearinghouseAdaptability and strong organizational skills for serving multiple campuses within assigned regionsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesKey Responsibilities:Deliver direct therapy services to students, supporting IEP goals and functional skill developmentCollaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure best outcomesConduct assessments, write reports, and contribute recommendations for classroom accommodationsDocument interventions and progress according to district and professional standardsStep into a rewarding contract role where your expertise supports student growth and independence.
