FINRA Licensed Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a FINRA Certified - Call Center Support Representative.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service through the inbound contact center, responding to complex customer inquiries
Research and resolve client requests while maintaining high service standards and compliance requirements
Perform account updates, maintenance, and transaction processing, ensuring accurate documentationRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (required)
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Life insurance experience is required
Prior experience in financial services, investment services, insurance, or banking environments with required FINRA certification
FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required at the time of hire
