We pride ourselves on professionalism, responsiveness, and smooth transactions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal.The ideal candidate can manage residential purchase and sale files from contract through closing, including title review, clearing requirements, drafting closing documents, preparing settlement statements, coordinating with lenders and agents, and conducting closings. The role also includes escrow management, use of closing software and post-closing processing.Qualifications3+ years of Florida real estate closing experienceStrong document preparation skills (deeds, affidavits, settlement statements)Knowledge of Florida title insurance and title clearance proceduresExperience managing escrow fundsEfficiency and expertise with closing softwareStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to independently manage multiple files
