Mechanical Assembler EvolutionHR has immediate openings for Mechanical Assemblers. Immediate openings on 2nd Shift. Paid Training | Weekly Pay | Full Time Hours Location: Roanoke, Virginia. Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday + Required 4 hours of Work on Fridays. Hiring 1st And 2nd Shift. Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 About: Hands on Assembly of mechanical parts and pieces- working with hand tools to put products together, Will require standing for entire shift at a work station. Complete a quality check before and after final product is assembled. Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to any changes made by leadership + supervisors REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand for long period of time Experience using hand tools. Must be a self-motivated TEAM player. Ability to work overtime when needed. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly lift 30-50 pounds This role is hands on with repetitive tasks using tools and working with small pieces Regularly work with hands and small parts to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Prior to starting this position, selected candidate must complete pre-employment drug screen and Background requirements.
