Duties Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and production documents Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility Conduct manual handling of heavy parts and materials, adhering strictly to safety protocols for lifting and moving loads Interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and process documentation to ensure correct product assembly Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards of product integrity Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements in workflow or safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with safety standards in production environments Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and interpreting technical drawings Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely within a warehouse setting Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and production document interpretation Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocol adherence Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies is preferred Strong safety awareness, with a commitment to following safety standards in production environments Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and managing production or assembly teams when needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to manufacturing excellence!
