Role: Senior Online Marketing & Lead ManagerIndustry: Luxury Residential Remodeling, Renovation & Design-BuildLocation: RemoteType: Independent Contractor AgreementSchedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CTEnglish: C1+ / Fully ProfessionalEquipment: Own laptop and reliable high-speed internet requiredPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Online Marketing & Lead Manager to lead digital marketing, social media, SEO, paid campaigns, content strategy, and lead generation for a U.S.-based luxury residential remodeling and design-build company.This role is focused on one clear goal: generating qualified homeowner leads and converting digital visibility into real business opportunities.The company specializes in high-end kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, full-home transformations, room additions, garage conversions, attic renovations, structural modifications, and custom design-build projects.This is not a basic content-posting role. We need a senior, strategic, execution-oriented marketer who can build campaigns, create strong content, improve conversions, track performance, and report results directly to leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Houzz, and other relevant channelsCreate content and campaigns designed to generate homeowner inquiries, consultations, estimate requests, and qualified leadsDevelop organic and paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platformsUse before-and-after content, project videos, testimonials, educational posts, local/neighborhood content, and design inspiration to attract qualified prospectsManage comments, direct messages, inquiries, and lead-intent conversations from social mediaBuild processes to turn social media engagement into qualified leads for the sales or leadership teamCreate content around luxury remodels, full-home transformations, additions, conversions, structural updates, design planning, 3D rendering, remodeling tips, budgets, timelines, and client educationKeep website content updated with service pages, project portfolios, blogs, testimonials, and calls to actionLead SEO and local search efforts, including Google Business Profile, review strategy, local landing pages, and neighborhood targetingTrack organic traffic, keyword rankings, form submissions, calls, qualified lead sources, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROICreate or manage graphics, carousels, ads, thumbnails, reels, short-form videos, project highlights, and sales-support assetsUse AI, automation, CRM, analytics, SEO, and marketing tools to improve speed, quality, and performanceProvide leadership with clear reporting, insights, recommendations, and performance updatesTools & PlatformsExperience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, MidJourney, CapCut, Descript, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, RankMath, Yoast, or similar platforms is highly preferred.Qualifications5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, lead generation, SEO, and campaign managementProven ability to generate qualified leads through organic and paid digital marketingExperience with service-based, real estate, construction, home improvement, interior design, architecture, luxury, or local-service brandsStrong knowledge of social media, paid ads, SEO, local search, CRM, digital funnels, and marketing automationStrong English copywriting skillsAbility to create or direct polished visual contentStrong analytical skills and comfort reporting metricsHighly organized, proactive, accountable, and able to work independently in a remote environmentComfortable working directly with leadership and making strategic recommendationsIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is senior, strategic, creative, analytical, and commercially minded.
