Senior Digital Marketing Analyst
We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our Global Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with global digital campaign analysis and data‑driven insight generation. This role will help shape and scale our Customer digital marketing analytics capabilities.You will work cross‑functionally with global and local marketing teams and media agencies to bring clarity to campaign performance, optimize investment, and connect marketing activity to business outcomes.Requirements:5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on strategic analysis and insightsAdvanced proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Qlik, Looker Studio, Tableau)Extensive experience with digital marketing platforms across Social Media, Google Ads, Display, and Programmatic advertisingStrong background in working with data platforms, lakes, and warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, SnapLogic, Funnel.io, SuperMetrics, BigQuery, Salesforce, Datorama)Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable marketing strategiesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExperience in scoping, managing, and implementing advanced digital marketing analytics projects, particularly in marketing mix optimization and digital media performance optimizationSolid understanding of how data & analytics can drive business impact, with good intuition around advanced analytics and modeling techniquesAbility to tell compelling stories using analytics outputs and data from various sources, linking insights to potential business impactWill be a plus:Experience in global or multi-market digital marketing analyticsAdvanced knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniquesProficiency in programming languages such as R or Python for data analysisExperience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsResponsibilities:Develop and lead the global digital marketing analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.Identify and leverage emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Provide strategic insights to improve global digital marketing performance and decision-making.Partner with regional teams and Centers of Excellence to define and deliver advanced analytics use cases.Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and web analytics to identify growth opportunities.Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate actionable insights.Develop and optimize attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness.Create measurement frameworks for digital campaigns and web properties, including tag management.Lead A/B testing initiatives and recommend optimizations based on data-driven results.Monitor campaign and website performance, identifying opportunities to improve KPIs.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, senior leadership, and clients.Drive analytics adoption by educating business teams on interpreting and using data effectively.Identify data, process, and system improvements to accelerate insights and actions.Lead the implementation and optimization of GA4 and next-generation analytics platforms.Explore and apply AI and machine learning solutions to enhance marketing analytics capabilities.At Intellias, where technology takes center stage, people always come before processes.
