In this role, you will build a consistent marketing engine designed to drive brand awareness, client demand, and a sophisticated digital presence. You will work closely with leadership to execute initiatives that fuel client acquisition and market expansion, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our company's elevated positioning. We can't wait to meet you!QualificationsCommunication Skills: Exceptional English writing and verbal skills (C1 level min)Experience managing and growing a brand with consistency across channels via the established brand guide.Sharp eye for voice, messaging, and visual identity, with the ability to maintain high standards across all touchpoints.Understand how to balance brand integrity with performance-driven marketing.A marketing professional who can accept strategic direction and execute with precision.Comfortable owning initiatives from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, multi-market environment.Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across channels.Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project, timeline, and milestone management skills, ensuring on-time delivery.Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.Actively monitor trends, competitors, and industry developments.Bring ideas forward, identify opportunities, and take ownership of outcomes.Hold themselves to high standards and thrive in a culture with high expectations.Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, including: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and local review platforms.Skilled in developing and maintaining content calendars and high-impact content (copy, video, imagery).Strong understanding of what drives engagement, reach, and community growth.Experience overseeing websites with a focus on SEO, UX, and conversion optimization.Data-informed approach to improving performance and supporting lead generation, acquisition, and retention.Comfortable tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing performance metrics and KPIs.Uses insights and reporting to refine strategy, improve ROI, and guide future initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with leadership for strategic guidance and to align marketing with business goals based on Master/Marketing calendar.Help to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition/retention, and conversion pathways for greater market share.Assist in planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions (including referral initiatives and seasonal marketing), across traditional, digital, email, and social media channels.Manage and prioritize marketing project timelines with a high level of organization and accountability.Ensure all campaigns, promotions, and messaging consistently reflect the DOTR brand voice, positioning, and values to help elevate DOTR's brand presence as a trusted leader in pet care.Manage and execute the creation of all marketing and promotional materials and collateral (flyers, brochures, email, signage, digital promotions, social media, events, etc).Build and segment email campaigns to nurture customer loyalty, initiate re-engagement, increase retention, and track conversions.Ensuring all visuals align with DOTR luxury standards based on the established brand guide, including cohesive brand voice, messaging, visual identity, and aesthetic.Oversee and manage digital presence, including maintaining the company website (Squarespace), managing content updates, SEO strategy, and user experience (UX).Partner with internal teams for necessary updates and overall accuracy.Ensure the site reflects DOTR branding, the concierge-level experience, and converts visitors into inquiries.Continuously optimize site performance, improve conversion rates, and support local market growth.Own and manage social media presence to grow engagement and increase traffic via: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business, Yelp, and Nextdoor.Collaborate closely with leadership to manage and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with business priorities and seasonal initiatives.Manage, collaborate with, and provide direction to social media interns to help execute polished, on-brand assets across all channels.Deep familiarity with social media platforms and best practices, strong copy-writing skills, and basic photo/video editing abilities.Produce high-impact content (copy, video, imagery) that drives engagement, brand affinity, and reach.Cultivate and manage an engaged online community, ensuring timely, on-brand responses and reputation management.Track, measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and campaign ROI for all campaigns and promotions.Use data and insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and provide ideas for improvement to help guide future investments.What We OfferFully remote position!
