Sr. Project Manager - E2E Testing

Senior Project Manager, E2E Testing & PMO GovernanceKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end (E2E) testing activities across complex financial services initiatives, ensuring alignment with PMO governance, regulatory requirements, and critical delivery milestones.Develop and manage integrated testing schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables across SIT, UAT, regression, and production readiness phases.Facilitate daily testing governance meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications to drive execution and issue resolution.Monitor test progress, defect remediation, resource capacity, and critical-path activities; proactively escalate risks and schedule impacts to leadership.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Clearing, and Operations to ensure successful testing execution and business readiness.Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and project documentation in accordance with PMO standards.Ensure testing deliverables, approvals, and governance artifacts are completed and maintained for audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Drive stakeholder alignment on testing scope, timelines, dependencies, and readiness criteria to support successful implementation and production deployment.Preferred Experience8+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading large-scale E2E testing programs within financial services or other highly regulated environments.Strong knowledge of SDLC, SIT, UAT, defect management, release management, and PMO governance frameworks.Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
