Program Test Manager

Job Title: Program Test ManagerLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite) Employment Type: W2 ContractRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.5+ years of experience as a Program Test Manager leading enterprise-scale testing initiatives.Proven experience managing testing for large cloud migration programs.Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to Cloud migration projects is highly preferred.Strong experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.Hands-on experience managing UAT, SIT, Integration Testing, and Release Validation.Strong expertise in test planning, estimation, defect management, and quality governance.Experience managing program budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.Experience with enterprise test management tools such as ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
