Title: Senior Attorney – Transportation LitigationLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 2 days remote)Key Responsibilities:Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memorandaConduct legal research on transportation laws and regulationsQualifications:JD from an ABA-accredited law schoolLicensed to practice in Texas3-8+ years of general casualty / defense litigation experienceSalary and Other Compensation:The base salary for this position is $200,000–$220,000, based on experience. Additional compensation may include performance-based incentives.
